The Sunset Daiquiri

    Sitting on the aft deck Saturday night with a yearning for a new daiquiri at sunset when I got the inspiration for this one.  It brings a nuttiness to the daiquiri and a sweet-tart refreshing flavor.  Frangelico adds a real special nutty flavor, while the Zafra brings out the vanilla and bourbon notes making this a unique experience.

The Sunset Daiquiri

·         1/2 oz. Frangelico

·         1 1/2 oz. Zafra Master Reserve

·         Juice of ½  Lemon

·         Juice of ½ Lime

·         1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

Place all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon and lime wheel.
