Labor Day Daiquiri

     The Daiquiri is always a wonderful cocktail to sit back and relax with whether on the patio or at a cocktail party.  Today I have a nice little tropical daiquiri that you will probably really enjoy.   Today's offering is from my book "Bahama Bob's Cocktails and Tails", and one that I know that I really do enjoy out on the aft deck of the boat on a warm afternoon.  





Tropical Daiquiri

 

· 1 oz. Spiced Rum

· 1 oz. Banana Rum

· 1 oz. Pomegranate Liqueur

· ¾ oz. Lime Juice

· ½ oz. Cane Syrup

Place all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled.   Strain into a martini glass and float a lime wheel on top.

 

     Have a happy and safe Labor Day Weekend and if you drink use alternative transportation to make sure you get home safe and you can smile the next day as well.   ;o)
