Channel Marker 43 is a very simple and flavorful cocktail from my latest book. It is nautical in nature and only requires three ingredients. Give this one a try, I think that you will be really surprised.
Channel Marker
43
- 2 oz. Pilar
Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz.
Liqueur 43
- 2 oz.
Barritt's Ginger Beer
Place the Pilar and the Liqueur 43 in
a 12 oz. glass with ice, stir and top up with Barritt's Ginger
Beer. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
