It is cocktail time again, today I was thinking about how nice the evenings are becoming, and a nice cocktail that would be perfect for a spring evening on the aft deck.
The Pilar Dark bottle caught my eye on the bar and this makes for a good base for an evening cocktail. Next it was what to mix with it. The bold flavor of the Pilar needs something that is a bit subtle to go with it, and the St. Germain Elderberry liqueur was a perfect additive. Through in a dash of Fee Bros. bitters as a finishing touch and it is time to sit and watch the evening happen.
