With the start of winter upon us, it is time for something that fits the season. This is a frozen daiquiri style cocktail with a taste of the Caribbean. Snow is for the people that live up north, I'll take my "snow" in a daiquiri.
- 2 oz. Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
- 1 oz. Siesta Key Gold Rum
- 1 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 3 tbsp. Crème de Coconut
- Juice of 1 Lime
Combine all liquid ingredients in
a blender with ice; Blend until smooth. Dip
rim of a martini glass into coconut flakes, then pour in the contents of
the blender. Garnish with twist of
lime.
